Important for all Powakaddy trundler owners who made a purchase in the period

2018 - 01.10.2020 (not purchased in Golf Warehouse)

For registration and warranty purposes, please email your PowaKaddy purchase receipt to service@gw.co.nz.

If you do not have the original receipt, please ask the dealer you purchased the trundler from for the receipt.

With receipt, please include the following:

• Your full name

• Phone number

• Trundler model and serial number

• Battery serial number

• Bank statement to match purchase date and amount

* In case you did not register your trundler within 30 days from the purchase, you are not qualified to get an extended warranty for Powakaddy products. Unregistered Powakaddy trundlers and batteries remain at the standard warranty scheme.

• For purchases 1st January 2019 to 31 December 2019

• For purchases from the 1st January 2020

Need help finding serial numbers?

PowaKaddy FX and CT range: The serial number can be found under the handle once the trundler is folded down. See photo.

PowaKaddy FW range: The serial number can be found on the underside of the main central tube. See photo.

PowaKaddy Compact range: The serial number can be found on the underside of the main body chassis. See photo.

PowaKaddy Touch range: Your serial number can be found on the underside of the central tube under the upper bag stay.

PowaKaddy batteries: The serial number is on the back of the battery. See photo.

PowaKaddy chargers: The serial number is on the back of the charger. See photo.
